The Course

This is a unique and scenic course that begins and ends at Theresa Elementary School located at 125 Bridge Street in Theresa, NY. Whether you are looking for a family outing or a challenging and varied course the Backpack Run will be an event to remember!

 

 

The 5K

-Start at the intersection of Bridge St and Red Lake Road

-Continue straight on Red Lake Road

-Turn around is 0.5 miles past the intersection with Kelsey Road

-Turn left onto Bridge St.

- Finish at Theresa Primary

The 10K

-Start at intersection of Bridge St and Red Lake Road

-Continue straight onto Red Lake Road

-Continue past 5K turn around on Kelsey Road

-Kelsey Road becomes Poole Road

-Turn right onto County Route 22

-Turn right onto State Route 26/Main Street

-Bear right onto Bridge Street

-Finish at Theresa Primary
